It is hard to put into words our holiday in mountain view villas.what a stunning villa, beyond all our expectations.And what a host John is, very attentive and caring, including providing a large fridge full of beers, water soft drinks etcWe will definitely be returning, a proper oasis of calm, within the hussel and Bussel of Phuket

We had a great vacation with 16 of us for our parents 50th anniversary. The place was clean and spacious. Very close to all amenities the local food was amazing and the massages were incredible, we had one almost everyday. We were so grateful for the pool as the weather was very hot. Thank you for being such a helpful host John, I would love to come back one day 10 days was not long enough. We also had a catered dinner by Chef Selly it was out of this world delicious and so much food. Thank you all again

Beautiful quite villa. Spotlessly clean with a huge sparkling pool.John lives next door so can immediately help if there are any issues not that we had any. Two lovely ladies came in every day to clean, make beds and wash up. Perfect.Thank you John.Terry and Rose

We struck gold with John's place - it was a real gem! The house was sparkling clean, and John was always on hand to answer our questions. The daily cleaning and gardening services kept everything shipshape. And the location? Perfect! Private and peaceful, yet just a stone's throw from the action. We're already counting down the days until our next stay at Mountain View Villas!

A party of 6 adults and 4 young children had a great week in the Villa celebrating the New Year.The Villa is very large and we managed to fit all of us in the 5 bedrooms located in the house itself.The two swimming pools are large, with the smaller pool great for young children.The location is really good with a short walk to shops, restaurants etc.We used Chef Selly for a New Year’s Eve meal and the food is of the highest quality.John was a great host and provided transport back to the Airport.Strongly recommend people to stay there.

We travelled in a large family group with young children and elderly. Villa was lovely and clean. Shops very local to the villa. We had a lovely holiday

We had an amazing family stay at this villa. The home is spacious, spotless, and perfect for relaxing together. The pool area is incredible, the garden is peaceful, and the whole place feels private and well looked after. The location in Rawai worked great for us, close enough to everything but still quiet.John was a thoughtful and responsive host. He made check in simple, answered questions quickly, and genuinely cared that we were comfortable throughout our stay.Our family loved every day here. We would happily stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable place in Rawai.

John's Villa is a beautiful place. It catered to our needs and it is in a nice quiet location. Walkable and easy short rides to the nearest beach with more restaurants and things to do. Perfect property for family's and small groups. We would stay again if we were to visit Phuket again.

John was an excellent host. He was friendly, had recommendations, and goo response time to any questions. We had trouble with a few transportation vendors finding the villa but overall our group of 10 had a wonderful stay. The advanced grocery store run was very helpful!

Alles so wie beschrieben oder besser. Der Pool ist sehr gross, wunderbar.John is a gentleman und sehr vorkommend, hat unser Fragen immer beantwortet, gut informiert und uns geholfen.Ein Gentleman.

Wonderful stay - great villa for our family stay

We had a lovely family at John's villa . super nice and clean and John is always very helpful and responsive . We will definitely stay again if we come back to Phuket

Beyond Expectations To say we were excited to get to the Villa was an understatement, but when we arrived we were blown away. We had 11 people staying together and not once did it feel crowded. The pools are fantastic, the wifi more than satisfied three teenagers and the bedrooms and ensuites were spacious, clean and well maintained. The attentiveness of the friendly staff was excellent and unintrusive. The villa is 100 metres off the main road and facing the mountains which made it quiet and peaceful. Heaps of fantastic places to eat, get massages or hang at a bar watching a game. Thank you John for providing us with everything we needed and attending to us with such a positive attitude, even though you are not 100% at the moment. As I said to you, you have my dream job.

The description of villa on website is exactly what you see when you arrive there. Spacious, nice pool, quiet!! Very suitable for a group of friends or family for a getaway!

We had an incredible stay at John’s villa. He was exceptionally helpful in managing our requests for additional transfers, super efficient with any information we needed or any facilitation on things within the villa. His check in and checkout process was exceptionally thorough and we had some great conversations with him as well! It’s a beautiful villa tucked away with lush green views all around and super close to lots of restaurants and shops. It has the perfect blend of privacy as well as stuff to do around the area and a definite win for big groups. Loved our stay!

We had a great stay at Johns place. Villa was spacious and great location just off the main road but really quiet and peaceful. We loved the pool and the private chef that we organised through John. Would highly recommend.

Mountain view villas offers a great stay. The villa fully lived up to our expectations and how its portraited on Airbnb. It is very spacious, and as a family of eight people we had a lot of space. All rooms were more than we needed and the large pool was just perfect!John is a very polite and throrough host. He comes to check in once in a while and is very easy to communicate with. Khai the driver is also very polite and easy to get in touch with.Two sweet maids comes by everyday and make the house clean. We have nothing but positive things to say about the people who serves the villa! We hope to get back one day 🙂

John was a great host and we had a great time at his beautiful villa. we used his friends recommended driver, Khai - he was always on time and very friendly.we also hired Chef Selly that John recommended and the whole group loved her food, both times.The Villa felt spacious and safe and gives the privacy you want while on vacation.The main street near the villa offers everything you might be looking for, also high-end restaurants and gastro bars.John is easy to talk to and responsive👍10/10 would go back

Great villa, exactly like the photo's. They're so accurate I had the impression I'd been there before! John is super helpful with logistics and local tips. Highly recommended.
