Rental Rates – Terms & Conditions
Rental prices are based on a rate for each night in the villa. Prices shown are in pounds sterling and valid for 2018 & 2019.
Rental prices are based on a daily rate for each night in the villa. Prices shown are in Pounds Sterling. Discounts are available at our discretion for rentals of 14 days or more, low occupancy, late and early bookings. Minimum rental period is normally 5/6 days but we will accept bookings for shorter periods if we have availability between existing bookings. We will accept payment in other major currencies and fix the rental agreement to that currency. Please contact us and we can provide a detailed quote for the rental costs.
Prices include all taxes, service charge, well water, cooking gas, reasonable usage of electricity, transfers (2 trips for each Villa booked for bookings more than 5 nights), daily maid service, gardener, linen, towels, unlimited Wi-Fi internet, UBC satellite TV, Netflix & Apple TV, soap and consumables for washing machine and dishwasher, tissues, kitchen towels and toilet paper. Booking Procedure and Information
Confirming the booking
After dates, rental costs and currency have been agreed we will send you a Booking Confirmation and Invoice via email. To secure the booking a deposit equivalent to 25% of the total rental due should be transfered into our UK account or paid by Credit Card. We will confirm receipt of your cleared funds by email.
The balance of the rental is due 60 days before the check-in date and should be transferred to our UK bank or paid by Credit Card.
Security & Damage deposit
We also require a Security and Damage Deposit of £500 to be paid in cash when you check-in. This covers any loss or damage. We will accept any readily convertible currencies or Thai Baht. This will be returned less any charges, damage or loss when guests leave.
We normally accept payments by bank transfer to our UK GBP account or payment by Credit Card. We currently use Homeaway.com to process credit card payments. Payments are made via their secure facility for your security and convenience. We will also accept payment via PayPal with prior arrangement.
In the event that circumstances force a change or cancellation of your holiday we will do our best to arrange a change of date (subject to availability) or a suitable refund.
