Locality and amenities
The Villa is ideally located for a family holiday. It is about 100m away from the main road, situated at the end of a cul-de-sac. The area is very quiet and peaceful but it is very close to a number of local amenities. The area around the villa is fully developed but to the rear it has wonderful views over undeveloped land and further away to a small range of mountains. The area is only residential with no bars or restaurants close by that could be noisy. Local amenities within walking distance include several quality restaurants like De Vinci and Amalfi as well as a good range of inexpensive places to eat. There are several convenience stores, bars, wine shops, banks, pharmacies, car hire, bike hire, a gym and a range of shops all within minutes walk from the villas.
